“We purchased our home on Emerald Isle just about one year ago. For us it is a second home, and we now split time between EI and our permanent home in WV. While looking at properties in Florida our realtor/friend in EI called us to tell us that the spec house in her development was just about finished. She did a FaceTime walk through with us and we bought it on the spot. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, although as with any new construction there were minor issues on our checklist that required attention. Ashley took care of all these concerns in a prompt and professional manner. We have even consulted with him to find qualified workers for additional projects.”

“Ashley Melton built a custom beach home for me in Emerald Isle in 2014. Ashley oversaw each phase of construction in a professional manner and insured the same from all subcontractors. Cost and build time estimates were accurate and a transaction detail spreadsheet was provided as work was completed. Prior to and during construction Ashley provided much appreciated advice on recommended materials and cost saving options. Ashley frequently visited the site to inspect progress and he was always available by phone or text, returning calls in short order.
