Cost and build time estimates were accurate and a transaction detail spreadsheet was provided as work was completed. Prior to and during construction Ashley provided much appreciated advice on recommended materials and cost saving options. Ashley frequently visited the site to inspect progress and he was always available by phone or text, returning calls in short order.
