Ashley Melton built a custom beach home for me in Emerald Isle in 2014.  Ashley oversaw each phase of construction in a professional manner and insured the same from all subcontractors.  Cost and build time estimates were accurate and a transaction detail spreadsheet was provided as work was completed.  Prior to and during construction Ashley provided much appreciated advice on recommended materials and cost saving options. Ashley frequently visited the site to inspect progress and he was always available by phone or text, returning calls in short order.  Ashley is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction, courteous, friendly and patient and was a pleasure to work with.  I would highly recommend Ashley Melton.
